curious, could your tanita scale measure 5gm of agar agar powder? . mine different brand could not. so guessed the amount based on the package. thanks for the delicious recipe.
Love your jelly recipes. I have gula melaka sitting in the fridge for so long. I want to try but my sago is pink colour. Wander how the colour will turn out if mix with gula melaka.

Want to clear the confusion 😆. About the color, the sago becomes red. I was thinking it might be a bit heavy with the santan but it turns out to be very refreshing. Tq for this recipe. Hi 👋 thanks for trying. When you add the coconut, don’t boil the coconut , it will separate. Just cook until it starts to steam then immediately off the stove

Hmm good question honestly I can’t remember it if you keep it in the mould it will not turn hard.
