Same here! Literally within 5 minutes of using it on my first outing with it and the caster wheel is so tilted I thought it broke. Wasn't given any kind of instructions for adjustments before use. So frustrating!!
My next wheelchair I am getting a nitrum for sure because the wheelchair i have now it has the same problem the tire do not touch the grown and that is not safe at all because when I do a transfer the wheelchair moves to the left and when I roll in my chair it goes to the left I believe that my wheelchair is bent an it's been like the for 3 an 1/2yrs next month in September it's going to be 4yrs

Just got the Nitrum 3 days ago, both casters already have awful flutter.

I had the vendor i got the chair from come out to make adjustments. Still flutters at high speeds but oh well.
