Some vehicles may need some minor work to get road worthy such as brakes or carb tuneups, but I try to include vehicIes that are pretty much road ready for minimal extra cost (no "project" vehicles.) These "for sale under $15,000" videos go live twice weekly on Sunday and Wednesday at 2:00 pm eastern time.

There are some very nice vehicles this week. I owned many Lancer’s when young. They usually free in many peoples yards. Caution, on the Ranchero there appears to be holes drilled in the shock towers. Look in the engine bay picture. This was done to lube the suspension. Check for cracks on the shock tower.

Painted bumpers screams it was done cheap and that often means it's going to need a lot of expensive repairs down the road

Good catch, looking back at the video from the ad I think you're right.
I would like to know why someone would paint chrome bumpers. The Cutlass was really uglied up.
U don't have to buy it
There is a lot of work and significant cost to rechrome those big bumpers. And at one time the mono paint scheme was popular with hot rodders. Paint can be removed easily but if they are rusted through it becomes very costly
