Emma is such a young, gifted and beautiful woman, but every time I watch her performing she looks and sounds like she is carrying a heavy load on her shoulders. Her facial expression tells as much as her lyrics. I hope life is kind to her, and that she writes more happy songs.

her expression at the end just tells how it's heartfelt...and painful
Agreed. I can almost see the memories she's singing of, it's so raw.
I am even surprised she didn't cry... you can really seethe pain in the last moments of the clip.
Love the whole thing - especially her use of effects peddles - but the last 5 seconds is my favorite part...

Each time I watch this all I can do is stare in awe, same as when I saw her live at dunk. Humble me, Rundle.
I cry almost everytime I watch this. What a strange and intoxicating mix of beauty, pain, regret, and soul-wrenching truth. First time I saw Emma was at dunkfest; I was completely spellbound. Am going to see her again soon. But shit I hope she doesn't play this cause I might be at the front bawling like a baby 🥴😂
