I TOOK A KUNDALINI CLEANSING WORKSHOP WITH NOTED SADHU BHAGWAN DASS, IN ENCINITAS CALIF, ABOUT 7 YEARS AGO. I ALREADY HAD A KUNDALINI AWAKENING IN 1992,BUT AFTER CHANTING & MEDITATING UPON THE 3rd CHAKRA FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES, HIS STRATEGY WAS CHANTING UPON EACH CHAKRA FOR 1 HOUR, STARTING AT THE 1st CHAKRA, I FELT AN INNER HEAT DEVELOP BETWEEN MY SHOULDER BLADES THAT BECAME SO UNCOMFORTABLY HOT, I HAD TO LEAVE THE GROUP.THE OLD SAYING,IF YOU CANT STAND THE HEAT, GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN STRUCK HOME. I WAS NOT READY TO BURN AWAY THE IMPURITIES OF MY EGO COMPLETELY. MAYBE IN MY NEXT LIFE.
