It seems with Chylos ending this event seems to be right before the end with the Black Dragon. it would fit. Bell at the end of this event should be canonically at lv 5. Facing a ancient Hero and winning had to have raised his status.

Yeah, Mikoto talking about not being able to return to Takemikazuchi places this at least 6-8 months beyond the light novels.
