i can not begin to describe how relieving it is to see a christian asmr channel. i see so much “manifestation” and “reiki” asmr and i try to stay as far away from it as possible, and channels like this make it so easy to not be tempted by content like that. this is such an incredible way to fall asleep every night, and i’m so grateful that i’ve found this community.
Likewise I love asmr but the past few years it’s gotten really weird, especially the sexual asmr that’s out there now, they took a good thing and tried to make it dirty which makes me sad. That’s why I stick to classic asmr like tapping and am so grateful for Christian asmr

I believe whole heartedly in God and Jesus Christ, but I have come to learn that God doesn’t much care what I do with myself so long as I believe, have faith, and trust in him. Honestly I feel he wants me to explore the other side of the spectrum. It’s easy to point fingers, judgement, blame, and talk down to another when you do not know them, have never walked among them in their strifes and troubles, spoken to them on a level no other can, and shown them love and compassion like God wants us to do. I don’t do it as a way of defying god, it more out of a curiosity and to know my enemy as all wise rulers and generals of the past did. To defeat an enemy you must know them, not simply their battle tactics and strategies, but their history, philosophy, arts, in this way you can make them the architect of their own folly and failure. I myself seek to understand and respect where those who rebel against god and defy him out of past pins and experiences that led them to hate god or at least become disillusioned with him. Honestly many I’ve met have a pretty legitimate reason. Would you ever want to associate yourself with a “ God “ whose flock has only ever mocked, scorned, tortured, beaten, raped, and cast you aside? It😮actually sickening to witness the sickness and atrocities alleged “ men and women of Faith “ are capable of and do to their own families in their own sick twisted way of serving God. If the god they serve condones their abuse and hateful ways, then that is a false god and I refuse to associate myself with such a pagan religion. I am almost ashamed to refer to myself as a Christian these days with the things I’ve witnessed, the horrors I’ve discovered and helped people overcome. All committed by people blinded by faith justifying their crimes and monstrosity with “ this is the will of God “ I apologize, I am sorry, but when and where did the Bible say beating a child, starving them, torturing them, and or cruelly shaming them ever appear as a good thing in the Bible? As far as I know God’s supposed to be a loving, caring, merciful, and just God? He is also a jealous and vengeful God as well. Folks like to leave that out and forget it conveniently, but I honestly think before the self proclaimed “ Christians “ judge, look down on, and chastise others for their sins they should first look at their own life in a mirror of biblical reflections and ask yourself “ Am I any better? Who am I to judge them when I’m not so different? “ Jesus himself saved a prostitute from being stoned to death and said “ Let he without Sin cast the first stone “ rather than judge, shun, and chase away those who indulge in sin and worldly pleasures I choose to accept my love among them as a human. Flawed, imperfect, capable of horrible things in my efforts to do good, no different at or better than any other being in the planet. I have sinned, I am a sinner, I sun every day even if I don’t realize it. I am not perfect and that’s ok. All that matters is my real stop ship with God and my devotion to him and what I feel him weighing on my heart to do. I remember when Christians were meant to be fishers of men and not bouncers at the door to the pathways to everlasting life. I choose to share what I know of Jesus and God with those who truly need to hear it and actually care to listen and seek that salvation for themselves. People often come to me about God because they like how real I am. Native American’s have and had a slogan “ There are two wolves fighting for dominance inside of Everyman constantly every day, the white wolf and the black wolf. The one that wins is the one you feed the most. That speaks of our conscience and our souls truthfully. It amazes me how we neglect and destroy everything that we fear and don’t understand without even asking the question if they were right and we have been wrong all along. Maybe if folks asked themselves that more and investigated it themselves with confidence that God has their back and watches over them so they should show no fear the world could be a much better place. But then again believing that world peace is possible is also a naivety. No matter what we do, how hard we struggle, how hard we fight for it mankind shall never completely be capable until JudgementDay. I sometimes fear that even after all that there will still be issues caused by humanity. It’s in our nature thanks to our free will to choose for ourselves. Christians themselves can’t even agree on how best to serve and worship God. Why do you think there are so many denominations of the same religion? It’s ludicrous if you sit back and look at it from an outside perspective. 😂 makes you wonder if we’re not the crazy ones truthfully chasing around something that may not be real, but I know without a shadow of a doubt that we are at least not all wrong and I ask God every day to show his true will and self to me. Lots of the stuff he tells me I don’t share because it’s considered blasphemy to many and most refuse to accept or entertain the idea. Christians asleep stubborn and set in their ways. I am not a Christian myself, I call myself a believer. Simple as that.

praise God for your ministry. it has been such a blessing to me. one of my biggest flaws is thought i believe the word of God entirely, i don't read the word anywhere near as much as i ought to. your channel has helped me hear and learn so much more. not only am i hearing the words, but i am also retaining it too.
Don't mean to push anything down your throat, but as someone who was neither Christian nor Muslim, after thorough research, I ultimately came to the conclusion that Christianity is true. I would advise you to thoroughly research for yourself and look at where the evidence points to.
The quality on this video is insane. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 in the future would you consider switching translations? The language this one uses (is it NKJV? Or something similar?) is hard to understand, especially for first-timers to the Book of James. ESV or NIV I think would be more accessible to more listeners. But regardless, keep up the good work!

@dailybreadasmr I noticed that you mentioned for these full book readings that you have no choice but to use public domain versions of the Bible. While the KJV isn't bad, if you are looking for an alternative, the World English Bible (WEB) is also public domain but doesn't seem to use as many old English words.

Love your work, but this was not my fav, and there were times when your whisper was distorted and I could tell you were not as connected, but more worried about pronouncing this old archaic version. Just my opinion, of course. You are always my favorite and I appreciate everything you do.
I have no choice but to read KJV for these full-book bible readings. Its one of the very few translations that is in the public domain. Most other mainstream translations only allow you to read/reproduce less than 50% of any given book of the bible without copyright violation. But I totally agree with your sentiments!
