this is a great great bike great for learning a gear shifting no clutch and neutral starting system

it has a rev limiter from factory its just the pipe and intake are so choked up that it isn't able to rev high enough to hit it

After u take the end cap off exhaust if u look inside theres 2 holes in exhaust that is another plate that comes out to its held bye 3 tac welds ...u will get better air flow and more performance

ya and I also bored out the restrictor spacer in the head pipe. Thats where most of the power gains are.

It will help, also try running higher air pressure in your tires, I run about 18 psi
