Why would and how would Katie be involved in this unless her boyfriend (the victim’s brother-in-law) be involved in this? Maybe the prosecution is saving the death penalty for her. This crime meets all the factors for the death penalty and it makes me wonder the state prosecutor hasn’t used it yet.
