Tge easiest way to contact them @ missing kcb is to find the transaction for the items you purchased- mine are under transaction history- then you will see customer support to click on giving you 3 options. i usually choose to send an email telling them I never received my kcb for the offer and how much I'm owed. Takes a few days to hear back, but atleast I get it. Hope this helps.
@michellerosiak3352 The offer goes away once you click on it so I forgot how much was owed to be honest. Maybe I can screen shot it next time or write it down until I get my offer back. On a side note I did get my Kcb offer back right away for the beer I purchased so that was nice. Thank you for your response. I will try to contact Cs through the App.
