This is a very simple switching circuit that has sensor which takes input as No water = Close circuit and Water = Open circuit. You can use the same circuit to prevent the overflow of a water tank

Hi , had a question ! So when the sensor was outside it shows a value of around 650 but when in water it comes down to around 200-300 ; I'm guessing that this unit is not the Volumetric Soil moisture but something else.. can you please explain what unit this is and how I can convert it to both Volumetric Soil Moisture and in terms of millimeters?

Hi, this is just for one plant, I have many plants on my terrace, can you recommend some idea which can help to water all the pots consider 50 pots, I don't want to use 50 moisture sensor. It's been a long time I am searching for a solution.
I had one idea how to implement I don't know, just like a line follower robot make a rail above the plants the motor will stop at each plant and will water for 20 seconds and move forward, god knows if it is practically possible or not? Can u please guide?
Just an idea, instead of using a motion sensor, you can use an RTC timer and use it to water the plants every X days or something. That way you can connect the water pump to the plants which you would normally water at the same time.

i wish i could code something like.. when the plant soil is having water content moisture(like that in summer sunny days the soil becomes total dry like you cant even dig finger in it rock hard like it becomes) lesser than X that start watering and fill upto Z level

Bro I tried the same one.Relay is working.But motor is not working.I tried the same with single relay.Now motor is working,but when it touches water.When there is no water,the motor isnt running.

No need of precious arduino simply u can do it by 555 10 rs ic and soil sensor. And dc pump easily.

Bhai jo aap ne plant ka ye sistem bnaya hai ye achha to Lekin ak problem h ki jab gamle me Pani rhta hai jab ye sistem apne aap band ho jata hai lekin thodi der baad jab gamle ka Pani khatm ho jata jab wapas se ye sistem chalu ho jata hai.
Bhai isme band chanu mobile se connect hona chahiye.
