Obviously, she is eating out of psychological need after the event that resulted in her leaving her video suddenly. Out of true concern, she should seek counseling in Kuwait before she dies.
I don't think she could if she wanted to. She's broke, on a visitor visa (meaning she is only there for a brief period in theory and would receive consistent care in her home country) and she doesn't understand the language or culture in nuanced ways. I wouldn't really want to go to therapy in many places as an American. A lot of cultures still consider mental healthcare to be taboo. I don't know Kuwait's stance but with everything going on there right now I don't think I'd do anything to put myself on the govt radar.
