~VARSA VIRAHA~
It is based on a poem written by Padma Shri Shri Mayadhar Mansingh.
This poem is a story of a lover, a partner, a nayaka who is deeply in love with his woman but in deep despair as well. Despair because she is not here with him. He has been waiting for her for days now under the dark clouds and throughout the rainy days but she has not come to him yet nor has she sent him any messages. The tales of his heart remain unsaid for she isn’t here.
Everything around him is reminding him of her and his heart sinks in this sorrow as he waits for her.
