Had a yarn with this guy at whakatu coldstores . Good bloke. Waste of time having that power in South Island cause you'll always get stuck behind the next truck especially along the coast
I think you should try their new V8 770 if it is available in NZ .Proud to see SCANIA V8 getting popular in NZ and Australia ❤️❤️well guys love from INDIA 🇮🇳
Hi Patrik, there are a few reasons. One of the main ones is because of the way NZ mass limits are set, the more axles on the truck the more weight it can be permitted for.
@@rubyrandhawa4421 hahahahah I must've struck a nerve. I currently own and run 4 V8 Scania trucks on line haul work up and down the north island so I think I know a thing or two about backing b train and t&t units. I'll be sure give you a wave when I go past while you're out playing with your toys in your sandbox.

Scania is amazing truck, thank you so much
The cab must’ve been sourced from the UK? Just curious since the speed limiter is stated in MPH
That’s a very good point which we’ll query with Scania NZ. As you’ll notice all the instruments are in KM/H
that's a nice Scania
Тягач на четырёх осях, тележка долли, низкий пол...
Прелесть!

Why do almost all trucks in NZ have dual fron axels?

what is the grills in front of the windshield for? i've seen it on many aus and nz trucks.
Stone guards, to prevent stones chipping the windscreen

@@rubyrandhawa4421 maybe learn to drive! Cause they not hard to back up at all. Way nicer to drive then a tractor trailer unit.
