Im on the carnivore diet, i wasnt really fat before, just wanted to be shredded, most of the carnivore doctors say you dont even need caloric deficeit, and you can eat till your full and lose weight. No animal in nature withholds food from themselves and we probably shouldn't either as long as the food is protein.

I use to alwayw get annoyed when people tell me it just genetics meanwhile i workout alot andchave a very strict diet i eat rice and hard boil eggs together alot and its nasty the past few months I've been snacking and it been hard to stop because i get addicted like id even throw up and keep eating the snacks and my parents would still buy me more but this week i been back on my grind last year i managed to hit 152lb at 6'4 snacking brought me up to 170 but i was still working out like crazy so i didnt look that much bigger but someone told me it look like i gained weight which made me lock in this week im about to weigh myself i will tell you guys how much lbs i lost this week brb
Only 1 pound so far but also water weight played a effect on that since I drink like 2 bottles either way imma weigh myself every 2 days to make sure I'm not slacking
There is no excuse to remain fat, it's just an excuse to keep an easy coping mechanism rather than doing the hard work so that you no longer need it. Most of the suffering we endure is self imposed and preventable, that said suffering as a whole is inevitable, the only thing we can do about that is build a tolerance to it. Was never obese but weighed 220 at one point, aprox 50lbs overweight. Been working out now for ~8 months, semi visible abs even at 18-20% bf, lookin beefy, never felt better.
Thing is as well, from my experience atleast, women are highly attracted to discipline. Your body tells a lot already about you first look. Being overweight/just unhealthy body wise, you’re not really gonna get anywhere. Im not gonna say at all, cause i mean things could happen. But its more likely and just common, when you actually take care of yourself.
