I recommend the youtube channel Marin Music Center his name is Stuart and he's REALLY funny but also teaches really well he's the only one I've learned guitar from and thats where I learned how to play Mary by Alex G and he also gives guitar tips but I recommend him!
No comments annoyingly but youtube just randomly gave me this and I wanted to say I remember a few years ago I was the same. Chord changes are hard starting off, but honestly I would say, play it really slowly but try and keep it in some kind of rhythm, even if it's slow. Then you can slowly try and speed up the changes. The main thing is being able to switch chords in time. Also, remember that the shape your fingers are in for those two chords are the same, so try and practice just moving your entire hand rather than putting each finger back on at a time.

Oh also, with your index finger, you can hold it more flat down to the guitar, and it will mute the other strings from ringing out
