The japanese soldier's name is Ogata Hyakkunosuke, a imperial soldier of 7th division who always jeopardize MC and his group and the other one, a russian soldier name Vasily, a soldier of Russian imperial family.
I don't know why people turn Simo against Vasili when the real killer of the Soviet Union is Lyudmila Pavlichenko with 309 confirmed casualties, well above Vasili's 150. Lyudmila is more at the level of Simo xD
