Atleast one properly made cube model greenfield smart city in uttar pradesh eastside close to bihar rather than westpart close to delhi should be made. It also should have lots of 450-500 metre skyscrapers(Vertical building development to reduce land). shortage). All this should start now along with dholera, at the moment, otherwise it wont be completed till 2035-2045. Increase farm incomes and daily wage to increase consumption.
It should have lots of pedestrians to walk, and lots of space where only walking should be allowed rather than vehicles. It also should have proper skyline with only glass attached to it, rather than concrete. It could be made on an area of 100-200 km2 , a litte more than the area of chandigarh. After building that an another city, similar to this should be build next to it, and both should be connected with atleast 20 lanes expressway, lots of metros and bullet train.
Guys beware while purchasing property in noida. Many builder aren't following RERA compliance and willful defaulters are there. So please check before purchasing.
One thing I don't like about jewar international airport is the terminal building design.It should be better than Bangalore, Navi Mumbai international airport and Beijing daxing international airport
