    I wouldn't travel Singapore Airlines ever again. From a weak, faulty website to an uninformed Indian call center where nobody speaks fluent English and everyone tries to upsell every possible product, to uninformed ground personnel in Los Angeles, they made my only journey with them a living nightmare .And, when you ask them to listen, they don't care. Singapore Air does not care. Never again.

      @@singaporeair just showed why they are so bad. Their statements are always "What did you do wrong so that you can be assisted?" They should be asking, "What did we do wrong so that we can improve ourselves for future passengers." Wow, I hate that airline.

    Accept the baggage delivery responsibility and do deliver my baggage.
    Do you have any update ? We travelled in Air India from Singapore(Singapore Airlines allocated this) and you people delivered the bags to TRV through scoot. Nobody(SIA/Scoot/Air India) is taking responsibility to deliver the baggage. This is causing so much trouble. Can you deliever it?
    == main story ====
    Our flight got delayed from SFO and there were multiple issues with our travel through Singapore Airlines.
    We were users of Singapore Airlines for last 10 years but this travel made us to look for other alternatives.
    The travel experiance was very BAD and we received very BAD experiance from singapore airlines and with singapore
    immigration. Part of the problem with Singapore Immigration is related to the Singapore Airline too.
    Because of the airline delay on Sunday (20th Nov 2022), we had to miss our connecting flight to TRV. There were
    multiple issues with handling of this delayed issue.
    1. Singapore Airlines didnt give guarantee letter to us. After 16 hours travel from SFO, we were
    made to wait in the immigration for more than 90 minutes. The issue is, Singapore Airlines didn't
    provide the right documents for us (Guarantee letters)
    2. The hotels provided were small enough for four people. We were given two adult bed rooms and i am
    not sure how 4 people can stay there. The rooms provided were not comfortable.
    3. Singapore Airlines didn't arrange for food in the hotel.
    4. We were not given good connecting flights to India. We had to miss a day in our life because of
    Singapore Airlines and extra 9 hours of travel time and lot of mess up.
    5. We were given Air India flights but Air India didnt get any information about it.
    They didnt had any clue about our checkedin bags. We spent 2 hours in the Air India counter
    to sort out our baggage related issues.
    6. We didnt receive our baggages yet. I blame Singapore Airlines for it. They should have provided
    boarding passes and guarante letters.
    7. You transfered all our problems to Air India. Worst of all, we dont know when do we get the baggages
    from Air India.
    Singapore Airlines provided the worst travel experiance this time and i will remember this for my life.
    We had very bad experiance with the best airline and best airport. All in all, the worst of worst experiance.
    I take pride in sharing this experiance in public.
    I know flight delays are common. I know Emirates is best in handling this kind of issues. Singapore and
    Singpaore Airline dont have any clue about how to handle it better.
    VERY BAD. Is there any better word to explain this ?

    Prices like never before too. Last year dec 9 to Jan 16 Paris - Bangkok via Singapore 513€ now 2128€ WTF? That's x4 lmao.
    For that price you get direct flights round trip on business class on other companies like Air France or Thai airways

    Hi there, hope you're having a terrific week! :)
    I have been trying to talk to a human being, but it seems impossible, so I thought of trying it here:
    Singapore airlines deliberately decided not to load my vessel with my suitcase and gave me no heads up in regards to this. When I arrived at my final destination - after 2 other stops - , I didn't see it, went to the baggage claim desk and was told that the aircraft was too heavy to carry my suitcase - I never even conceived that an airline could actively simply decide that, without any communication or negotiation, they could just not load your luggage and leave you waiting for it, powerlessly, at the airport; and then have you go through all the stress of chasing it for days. They opened a ticket to track my suitcase and many emails have been sent saying that it hasn't been found yet. Their Brisbane office does not answer the only phone number provided to me.
    Sydney's office took literally one hour to answer my call and said it was able to find it and assign a flight to it, which should arrive tonight - 2 full days after my arrival -. I have WET clothes in there that are being damaged and damaging other goods while they don't send the suitcase, and other important articles for my everyday use, like clothes and leather shoes to go to work. I'm having to work from home as a result, against my company's policy. Although Sydney said there was a flight assigned to my suitcase, I kept receiving emails saying the same suitcase wasn't located yet, and that they "were doing their best" to find it, so I also had contradictory information from your team.
    I wasn't given a final date to have this resolved, nor any sort of compensation offer from the airline. This is very poor customer handling and has ruined that entire Singapore Airlines experience, which already hadn't had any stand-outs.
    Is anyone here able to help me out (for real) with this?

      No comments :( ive never flown singapore airlines because i always choose emirates, and the worst experience ive had with them is i wanted my flight to be later, but i could not change my flight and customer support just said they couldn't do anything so i had to go.
