Joylada is indeed an app and you can choose a country (language) you want to operate in. Unfortunately that means that if you select Britain (English), you will get a different version of the app that the Thai one, where all the good stuff is. But if you select Thailand, everything (and I mena everything, even the options) will be written in Thai, together with the fanfics. There is simply no winning for inter fans.
@@liana3886 isn't it always like that? international fans will always be at a disadvantage unless they learn the language 😭 which is why I always appreciate the efforts of the artists to compensate international fans with subtitles or translations 💖
@@rebeccaspiwoks Tell me about it. Before I got into Thai queer dramas, I’ve been an Army since 2015 firs and foremost. And believe me when I say it, it took Hybe (BigHit) years to put English subtitles in the Bangtan Bomb episodes, so everything we got was a fan translation. It was very frustrating to say the least. And while idols / actors technically don’t have to put subs everywhere, if their audience consists of predominantely inter fans I feel like it’s kinda rude nit to do it. Some companies are better than others though (yes, I’m looking at you GMMTV), MeMindY made an effort to put subs everywhere after the success of LITA, even interviews for other companies / magazines caught on and always put subs whenever the LITA boys appeared. But at the same time, where are the subs to School Rangers? To Safe House? C’mon.
