The ring usually appears when ur summoning an attribute u havent summoned or a nat 5 is coming i think the ring shows up because its giving u the pack the same time u summon it

it sometimes does the loading screen buffering "wheel" if you haven't summoned a unit of that element or grade (star), so since a 4 and 5 star of every element had been summoned except an ld5, then when the wheel showed up, it meant it was a 5 star ld. If that makes sense . . .
