Jungkook is my Ultimate Bias, so I'm happy to watch this any number of times! What you were seeing on his face were some blemishes. From close-up in this performance you can see that the right side of his face is covered with pimples. It's amazing how most of the time his skin (and the others' too) appears flawless; you know how often people comment on this. But the makeup, little sleep, inadequate diet, general stressful lifestyle, etc, wreaks havoc on his skin, and I know he's really embarrassed by it. No wonder they wear those masks when out in public! I hope he finds a skincare regime that helps.
