@@razorblademaskhe was accused of being too pushy and "grabby" by 2 women while they were dancing one night, and then soon after a fellow Silicon Valley cast member said he made them uncomfortable and some talk/rumor of his set misbehavior swirled. Still very inappropriate and a heavy situation, but he was not accused of any SA or crimes along the lines of Weinstein or Subway's Jared. I feel like these distinctions are important.
@@Lincolnlogsoff I didn't put him on the same level as those monsters. But he's still absolutely out of line. It's not hard to keep your hands to yourself.
@@Lincolnlogsoff The distinctions are important, but the biggest problem is that Middleditch has never publicly apologized. It wouldn't be hard to do. Putting out a statement that the behaviors were inappropriate and that he's going to change himself for the better would go a long way towards rehabilitating his image. People can be very forgiving, and the entertainment industry would give him another chance. But he hasn't taken that first step for some reason. Stubbornness? Defiance? As a result, he hasn't been on TV or film in two years.
I hope Scott has Thomas back sooner than later. He's Top 5 guests ever.
the sex assault stuff really made that tough
I agree on a top guest, but being an actual sexual assaulter is not something Scott would wanna even seem like he's in favor of.
