I just received mine and I’m sending it back. The hair quality seems nice and the color is beautiful. I don’t like the cap construction on mine. It’s super small and I don’t have a big head. It came with a wide black elastic band with anchors on the end, but there’s no way to attach to the unit. I still see knots as well. I’m not sure if they just sent the wrong item, but I hate that these companies use our trusted TH-camrs to get our dollars and send us mediocre products. I’m just sending it back and requesting a refund. Sigh
