Can’t believe I’ve just found this video! Definitely 1990!
Re the date, I'm pretty sure that it is indeed 1990. The car at 0.53 looks like a Subaru Legacy, which made its RAC Rally debut that year. Also David Llewellyn's Toyota at 1.21 has its 1990 sponsorship livery :-)
Bring it back. This would be awesome
