hey, i've seen some "ghosting" in your gameplay. It's probably related to the use of TSR. I suggest you should use DLSS (if available) or XeSS in quality mode instead, it should resolve the problem. To change that just go in the video settings

It would depend on what your build is I used soul collector in combination with dark reflection because my magic power was high so it hit even harder, then used Will to increase my magic damage further. Then vampirism scales a flat 20% onto hydrain. I switch it up depending on my build.

New to the game and just started playing warlock but how does your spells cost that little health
It cost this little because I'm not running Torture mastery. When you use the Perk Torture mastery it Triples all of your spell costs.

Can you spam curse of pain and it stacks ?
It doesn't stack but each time you hit it resets the damage over time portion and they recieve the on hit affect every time.
You can use Curse of Pain and Power of Sacrifice. That way you have 2 causes onto your opponent and get their healing
