AJ's family would not allow that to happen because they wanted her to have as much of a normal life as possible and still pursue her goals, and money was not an issue because her family is somewhat wealthy. Thank you both for another great reaction to our girl the one and only , AJ's performances on AGT are like her concert not auditions and she was only 13 yrs old . she has never really sung like a child , when she first auditioned on NGT when she was 7yrs old and her performance of Gloomy Sunday by Billie Holiday went viral, yes you could see she was a child, and her voice wasn't fully mature , but it was never like a 7yr old she had taught herself to sing and from 2 /3 years old to 7 yrs old and had devoted herself to her singing and was yes, a jazz singer at 7 and while she was singing like Billie Holiday and some would say she's just mimicking , she was also beginning to create her own style and had mastered jazz technics , by 8 yrs old she was arranging her own songs maybe earlier so by 13 she was a veteran jazz singer, now at 17 she sounds like any age she wants to sings any genre she wants and uses any voice she wants, she is completely timeless , and completely unique .💗👣

I haven't read through all the comments, but I guess someone has already told you that Angelina just released a Christmas EP containing 5 songs ? 4 of them are taken from her digital Christmas concert on December 23rd 2021 when she was 15. The other one is completely new for her to cover, namely Chris Rea's "Driving Home For Christmas". I have been listening to Angelina for 10 years, and the biggest takeaway for me on this song is the way she chooses to sing it. After 10 years she is still able to surprise me. Many of the traditional hallmarks of her voice are gone, and substituted with velvety silk. That's GOTTA be smooth, right ? And breathy at that. I'd really appreciate if you would check it out.
