13yrs na ako dito at lahat ng German na kilala ko never sila nananakit at isa sa pinaka mabait na tao na nakikilala ko at fair sila kahit ano pa lahi mo.. meron din naman talaga na pasaway pero sobrang bihira lng. Ang problema din kc sa ating mga kababayan na nakakapag-asawa ng foreigners daming mga sekreto sa kanilang mga asawa lalo sa usaping financial. So proud sa asawa kong German dahil nakapag tapos tatlong kong mga anak dahil sa tulong nya ❤

Pilipina din ako married to a German and currently living separate lives. With the separation issue we make sure and always doing our best na as much as possible less ang sad effect sa mga anak namin. That's why kahit separated na kami, we still go on a holiday with us parents as a family. Kids are entitled to experience a normal 'family' life as much as possible. They are not liable for the messy relationship of the parents. My kids also wouldn't go with the father without me so sumasama ako para lng magkaroon sila ng completeness feeling. It will not be life time arrangement anyway so why not sacrifice a bit more (as a Mother) for their sake? Problema ng magasawa na nag kahiwalay sila at hindi tama na nadamay ng sobra ang mga anak sa away nila...my opinion.
Me, inspite of my separation with my husband, I never talk to them about his bad sides (he either). I let the children discover it on their own little by little. I am not perfect too. And it always takes to to tango. as the saying goes.Remember,through xour kids, divorce is just a peace of paper. You both are still connected. To each other. Otherwise, it will be an abuse also to the kids to do the other way around.
Regarding german law issues on children's support, dapat lng na harapin ni Girl yun. We all wanna have a peaceful life so we do what we have to do to achieve it.

In Canada it called the Childtax benefit. If the kids are outside for a long time in the born country, they will not be allowed to receive money from the government.
its correct only difference is if the govt finds out that the child/children is/are not residing in the country anymore or is/are out of country, the govt will stop the monthly payment and HOLD IT and until the kid/children is/are back in the country, it will be given back RETROACTIVE and wont be asked to pay it back. And i experienced it with my children who went to Serbia... You can go on vacation and even stay up to 3 months,but not longer than that.... I am living in Germany and married to a German national almost 20 years now. We have 2 children 18 and 17 years old. Very thankful to God for giving me a complete and wonderful family. Only God can give us a good and right partner! In my case I am very thankful to Him through my best friend in Singapore who introduced me to my husband. Thank you Lord.

I was married too with A German citizen. But he was very faithful and never hit me, never. They are not like that Sir Raffy Tulfo... Believe me... And my 2 daughters he pick them up fr the Philippines and brought them here n Australia. Praise God! Am a widow now, he passed away in 2008. Until now am still a widow 65 yr old lady. Thanks God..I never have one in my life. I can't find like him anymore. He was sooo good...to me..

👉👉👉👉👉Ganito kasi yan, the children gets monthly financial support from the government as long as they live in Germany. It is automatic that the financial support for the children will be sent to one of the parent’s bank account. However, if they don’t live anymore in Germany, the parents must inform the government of their change residence to another country ( through filling the forms ). Once they “leave” Germany, government financial support will be stop. I think in their case, the parents did not inform German govt. of them living in Philippines, thus, the mother still receives the financial support of her children which is ILLEGAL. All the money she receive from Germany while living in the Philippines, MUST BE RETURNED and maybe with penalty also. 👈👈👈👈👈

Sir.Raffy you missed a crucial statement made by the German guy. He said Yasha cousin Ella was sexually abused by the grandfather and it was proven already. Ella also made a written statement and she give the copy to the German guy about the sexual abused done by the grandfather while she was staying at Yacha's house. It's better to kick that grandfather out of house for now since he is the suspect. He shouldn't be allowed to spend time alone with his granddaughter baka may sexual abuse na mangyari ulit.

What good can he get from throwing such false accusation against his father-in-law?
