There was one of the police officers who decided to retire after the murders. He was there for 29 years. That seems very strange he would retire at that time. His first name was Roger and he was a capitalist. So he was high up there. That house came down way too early. They should have left that up until after the trail. I do believe this is a master cover up!

Sue, this might help. Kaylee’s Mom said in an interview that Dylan invited Kaylee to a sorority function on Friday night and begged her to go. Also, Kaylee bought a fancy Range Rover car and was excited to surprise Maddie. Kaylee had a long time boyfriend named Jack DeCour. They had broken up just like two or three weeks before the incident. Kaylee and Maddie were at a bar with Jack D the entire evening just hours prior to M. I saw a photo of them and I’m almost certain BP was standing inside the door of the bar talking to some other people. Knowing that now makes me feel sick.

Me too! This is the case that has always haunted me the most! I so want those girls to get true justice but the police work has been an utter 💩 show and I don’t think the case is very strong, I think it probably is him and probability says he was there, admitted it, was seen on the bridge, looks like bridge guy that the girls got video of and now the firearms expert says that the bullet at the scene matches one cycled through his gun so I think it was him in all probability but there are so many other factors that have never fully been proven or explained and so many creeps and dodgy people around there that they’ve suspected that it’s just insanity! I think a lot of it is just the police totally out of their depth and utterly incompetent, as is the coroner and it all just adds up and makes him look innocent because they didn’t check everything they should have, didn’t file things or follow up with things properly and didn’t take things from the crime scene until days later etc and it all just makes it harder! 🤦♀️

My personal feeling has always been that Wagner threw her overboard knowing she was terrified of water, couldn’t swim and was drunk/tipsy and had taken something like sleeping pills, so she wouldn’t stand a chance and Walken was very shook up by it all and was always kind of haunted after it like he knew the truth and it haunted him, I think Wood confided in him earlier that day or it was the day before that they went ashore together and Wagner came to get her because he was pissed about it, Walken might have had a crush on her too and wanted to be alone with her etc to get to know her better but she confided in him about Wagners temper and his treatment of her and wanting to leave him but she never got the chance to 😭💔
Kaylee's dad appears to be consumed with money at present through gofundme's after already receiving thousands to pay off her new vehicle and keep it for him & his family. He is taking donated b&b's, food, travel expense, etc., for ten (10) family members to attend the trial in another county. So the cards at 38 min. are right on. Thank you for this.
Kaylee moved out in October. She had a trip to Europe booked for January after her graduation in December. Her job wasn't starting until February. Why move out 2 mths before her graduation, 3 mths before her trip. It seems like she would have wanted to stay with her best friend until at least her graduation. I thought maybe it was the breakup with Jack at first. Now I think she was scared of her stalker and maybe other things that were going on in the house with Dylan and rugs that she didn't want to be associated with. I think Dylan used the plus one as a peace offering to make up with Kaylee, but it was really a ruse to get her there that weekend. Maybe DM was used to get Kaylee there by her stalker. I think Rosie. I also think Kaylee had decided to leave that morning instead of Tuesday. Her purse was in her backseat and the dog kennel was in the back of her car. I would think that the kennel would be in the house for her to put Murphy in when she was gone for several hrs. He was still a puppy. No matter how well trained, I don't think she would have left him just locked up in a room for 4 or 5 hrs while she was out so he could mess on the floor. It looked to me like she had decided to leave early. Maybe because she was mad that Jack wouldn't answer her calls or maybe because of what Maddie told Adam or maybe she saw her stalker around the house.

I have had the same exact feeling about this case from the beginning… There is also the issue that there was some sort of drug sales in and out of the house, and that the mother with the drug problem who’s lawyer is now BK’S ??? No one else is going around saying anything but Kaylee’s family… I think they are trying hard to make this case make sense for them…

They are meant to have exhausted all avenues before the trial so they don't necessarily close the case. But it is stored until new evidence is found That's enough to look into a new suspect.

Rewatching these again and something came to me. So corrupt stalker police with nothing to do in a small town when everyone is gone thanksgiving, why wouldn’t they be watching the grub truck cct? Me too! This is the case that has always haunted me the most! I so want those girls to get true justice but the police work has been an utter 💩 show and I don’t think the case is very strong, I think it probably is him and probability says he was there, admitted it, was seen on the bridge, looks like bridge guy that the girls got video of and now the firearms expert says that the bullet at the scene matches one cycled through his gun so I think it was him in all probability but there are so many other factors that have never fully been proven or explained and so many creeps and dodgy people around there that they’ve suspected that it’s just insanity! I think a lot of it is just the police totally out of their depth and utterly incompetent, as is the coroner and it all just adds up and makes him look innocent because they didn’t check everything they should have, didn’t file things or follow up with things properly and didn’t take things from the crime scene until days later etc and it all just makes it harder! 🤦♀️

those are my thoughts, maybe FBI or justice dept or the drug task force that was so heavily in that area already prior to the murders--maybe they are looking into this and that is why BK is still in jail to "help" their case or protect him. Considering Brent was already killed and they would probably do the same to Brian. Or maybe Brent is still alive and he's the secret witness? Maybe that is why Fry kept trying to reach him because Brent saw something and knew who did this. Just my thoughts but I"m hoping some higher up agency is looking into the Moscow PD and this case with a magnifying glass!

My personal feeling has always been that Wagner threw her overboard knowing she was terrified of water, couldn’t swim and was drunk/tipsy and had taken something like sleeping pills, so she wouldn’t stand a chance and Walken was very shook up by it all and was always kind of haunted after it like he knew the truth and it haunted him, I think Wood confided in him earlier that day or it was the day before that they went ashore together and Wagner came to get her because he was pissed about it, Walken might have had a crush on her too and wanted to be alone with her etc to get to know her better but she confided in him about Wagners temper and his treatment of her and wanting to leave him but she never got the chance to 😭💔

Kaylee moved out in October. She had a trip to Europe booked for January after her graduation in December. Her job wasn't starting until February. Why move out 2 mths before her graduation, 3 mths before her trip. It seems like she would have wanted to stay with her best friend until at least her graduation. I thought maybe it was the breakup with Jack at first. Now I think she was scared of her stalker and maybe other things that were going on in the house with Dylan and rugs that she didn't want to be associated with. I think Dylan used the plus one as a peace offering to make up with Kaylee, but it was really a ruse to get her there that weekend. Maybe DM was used to get Kaylee there by her stalker. I think Rosie. I also think Kaylee had decided to leave that morning instead of Tuesday. Her purse was in her backseat and the dog kennel was in the back of her car. I would think that the kennel would be in the house for her to put Murphy in when she was gone for several hrs. He was still a puppy. No matter how well trained, I don't think she would have left him just locked up in a room for 4 or 5 hrs while she was out so he could mess on the floor. It looked to me like she had decided to leave early. Maybe because she was mad that Jack wouldn't answer her calls or maybe because of what Maddie told Adam or maybe she saw her stalker around the house.
