Sorry, we checked into this and currently there is an issue with the Speedpaint app itself, which is why it has been disabled from Canva.
Canva does not have direct control over the application, but the SpeedPaint team will work on fixing it.
Currently, there is not a specific timeline yet for when the app will be restored in Canva.

why canva speedpaint cant use?

Sometimes due to high demand, the Speedpaint Canva app will time out when attempting to process.
I tested today in Canva and was ultimately able to process a video using the SpeedPaint app though.
An alternative to using the SpeedPaint Canva app would be to use the Speedpainting.co website.
