They said if you cannot do anything else, walking is just fine so I mean, yes Leedo is right it obviously doesn't have the same impact on your body as muscle building workouts will BUT walking is the absolute most important form of working out for your body so YOU ARE DOING GREAT YONGHOON!!! KEEP WALKING A LOT AND STAYING HEALTHY
