gale wisp passively increases your spectre bar with that path, and that's really good for chasing if they're running so you can't get to them to gain spectre by landing mantras, so you can use the spectre talents to get to them instead. frost wisp sucks though.
without the path and haunted gale ( free damage and still can proc suffocation ) makes it become 2 perfect cast hits instead of 3 making it actually pretty good as it just is free damage
Btw electro carve has a magnet spark that’s a grand jalvian but explodes into a multi hit (even tho last recorded footage of that mantra was seen a year ago)
