I've actually been wondering this whole time if Austin and Jeff were still friends, nice to see it's still the case.
I've heard various reasons for why PB&Jeff ended, and none of them have ever suggested that it was due to a falling out between Austin and Jeff.
@@gurvmlk I think it was mainly just not enough money for the time sink. It took a lot of travelling, editing, prepping, and the youtube algorithm started hating gaming stuff.
@ Which, in my opinion, kind of makes sense. A lot of people, perhaps TH-cam included, probably see that kind of gaming content as a lazy way to try making money. Compared to a lot of other types of videos, Let's Plays require very minimal actual work, so some people might not see it as fair for that sort of content to be rewarded the same as videos that involve much more genuine creativity and effort, in a manner of speaking.
That, and it's probably to try keeping the platform from being completely flooded in that sort of content by discouraging it, since it's something that anybody can do.
I already see it on Peebs channel, now to see the whole thing again on Hammy’s channel :)
