In all serious, it benefits the show more than Justin. I would bet the farm that whenever Justin appears on any show Ellen, Jimmy Falon etc there is a ratings bump.

even though these two videos are 11 years apart, it’s just mind blowing to see how much he has changed. not only on the outside but also his personality, he has been though so much and done so many things while the world was all watching him, it was surely not easy, but he should be proud of how far he came and also the man he became.
