meditation is for opening our mind to better understand yourself and others as well as the whole universe whsttt it is in reality with its laws so that we will think talk and act and behave in accordance with them and then profound and true knowledge will au automatically to you. it is not a miracle it is the application of a scientific and universal law !! a law is related to certain conditions situations an d rapports between things that never change that is why we csn rely on it beware this information is capital.
