    I ordered online as well and came from jersey, i had same experience. The item looks like trashed and they didnt even care on presenting a bag. And i got a bag that looks like it was returned.

      Wow! You are the 3rd person who has said that the NJ site has been shipping poor quality or packing them poor. I make the fourth. It sounds like a quality control and packing issue at the Piscataway, NJ distribution center!

    Had a similar situation. I ordered a Neverfull MM and they folded it into a small square box! Not even the big flat boxes you normally get. The leather already had so many creases from being folded so many times 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Yea I understand how u feel umm I got my kirigami set with some personal letters note for someone birthday so I knew it was from returning from Piscatway Nj I don’t mine have returning thinks but come on they didn’t even open box to remove the letter was kind off for me when I was ordered something from coach I was super positive surprise how the package comes everything was nice and secured from any damages

    I went to pick up a Nice BB from the store. I was so excited to make a purchase. I had to walk away empty handed. The item they brought out looked just like yours. I politely said to the the SA, I can’t possibly pay that much money for something in such poor condition. He was very apologetic. I just can’t believe LV allows for items to be sold in such condition.

      Omg 😳 I’m so sorry, and in the boutique of all places. I feel it’s an all around standard EVERYWHERE. People just try to push crap and society has lowered standards so the line of acceptance has been pushed way back. I’m glad you walked away and held to a higher standard of expectation 🥰

    Hi Heidi! So sorry you had this experience from LV. I was also disappointed for getting a defective toiletry 26 and the key cles. I had to send it back! Very disappointing to pay so much and the quality is not good. Their refund also takes 14 business days 🤦🏻‍♀️.
    I do unboxing too! I hope you will get a good one next time! Thanks for sharing this failed unboxing from LV! 🤗

      Ughhh so sorry you had that experience as well. I just feel so many places are taking advantage of the Covid thing. Take longer if you have too but don’t send out poor quality, at least that’s how I feel.

    We in Germany have the same issue 🙈😳😢 why do they do that?! What’s wrong with them? The prices going higher and the quality is going even more down. I’m feeling so sorry for u. I have it in monogram and love it a lot.

      So many people love their Monogram. I’m happy you have a quality piece. They are hard to come by, enjoy and treasure it for years to come. I love LV but this order was just not for me. 💗

    I also had a terrible experience when I received a Neverfull GM bag it looked used the inside had cigarette marks and the outside scuff marks, I kid you not. I immediately contacted lV and showed them the pictures and thankfully I took a video while unboxing it and they had me return it and gave me a new bag. I was disappointed and took a while for me to get a new bag . Definitely made me think about purchasing again online.

    weirdly enough LV has been the only brand that hasn't disappointed me yet. my ysl had glue stuck on it in two places and a clip I had to fix and my dior wallet had two scratches and mayor oxidation when it arrived :)

    OOOOMMMMGGGG what is wrong with LV. I feel the person who packed this punched the bag before packaging. I feel that persons last day at work and did this. sooo bad. would you return in person. i would and talked to the manager.

    LV has to be one of if not the only luxury brand that makes them lose their luxury status with their packaging alone to me. I ordered a bag charm from coach. A charm. And it was wrapped as it if was the most fragile breakable thing on this planet. And LV can’t even put bubble wrap or stuffing to fill their boxes? Just absolutely baffling to me.

    OMG! I cant believe they send like that not even stuff with papers to protect.
    Maybe they ran out of the box for the nice bb. I have few items recieved a deffect

    This is unacceptable! But due to lockdowns lv had a lot of issues with there packaging. The boxes and ribbons where out of stock for a long time. They should have used a better box, and if they had to fold it it should have folded in a more proper way 😓

    oh no, it does not worth the $$ to buy this bag. May be the material is not thick enough... there is a quality control issue or just quality decline issue... I have the LV monogram nice mini (vanity case/bag) which is good, sturdy and nice looking. Thanks for sharing your video!

    It probably came from a warehouse where they give 0 shts. Covid makes it difficult now, but I would only shop in store where I can inspect the item before purchasing. I find that most of these Lux companies are going to hell in a hand basket. That being said, I've had good luck with Prada. I hope they don't blame you for the condition of the bag. If they do, show them this video.

    Online shopping on LV website if a hit and miss. I have had beautiful bags delivered to me but I have also had a couple of occasions where the bag arrived defective and was obviously a return. It is maddening to be receiving a defective bag after paying so much for it.

      Yes! I don’t mind the beauty in variations of handmade items but get aggravated when things are poor quality due to carelessness. The bag itself was beautiful but whoever packed it definitely destroyed it. ☹️

      I don’t understand it myself. I think these items are in warehouses to be shipped and the people who perhaps are contracted to ship from there could t care less. The issues were t in the bag but how they intentionally damaged it while packaging it.. Just bought my very first bag at Gucci and that experience was really different. Will be doing a video on that.

    Broke my heart to see a bag like that. I don't blame you at all for been so angry the price paid for these items this should not be happening at all and I hope you have some serious words with who ever is responsible for allowing this to be sent out like this.

    It's not LV I find it's the sale assistant who is angry with their life and wants their ugly life to spread to others. So terrible!!
    LV did say the SA is casual.. making excuses for the uncaring casual worker 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 employ better workers LV someone who are happy to serve.

    That’s really terrible! I do not buy that brand but From what I understand....LV ( the staff, store clerks) makes you feel as if they’re doing YOU a favor when you shop there.

      I did return and received full refund. I will make efforts to go to store and inspect next time. I was never into LV but when I was able to sell a used bag and make enough to pay off the last of my student loans years ago i started to learn about the investment side of them. I only have limited edition for this reason because the value goes way up....crazy. Like my little insurance I guess. Haha 😆 majority of my bag come from TJ Max 💗💚💛🧡
