Great video so thanks to both of you for this excellent information! I am lucky to live in west coast Canadian rain-forest on Vancouver Island where we have lots of redwoods. I am fairly proficient at making pine needle baskets but now I am wanting to widen my basket making with barks and plants so thanks for your great information!

You know u don't have to kill tree to harvest bark... U can take strips of of living trees without harming them.
