Amazing ❤️ thank u for showing we were there for a month ..how is it to live there..to own a house how much would it cost monthly...also it's do sad to see dogs tied up day and night or in tiny dog houses...
Your very welcome ❤️ the cost of living is very low but the food cost is high probably equivalent to the cost in the United States it is sad to see the dog tied up and just living on the streets a lot of the locals see dogs a almost wild animals or feel dogs should be outside when it come to that the culture is much different but when it come to us our dogs are our children and even sleep with us ❤️
Great job ! Gives us a great idea of what we can get or maybe build NEW ! I wonder if we could build a house like we have here in the USA ? ,that would be awesome ! Thanks again !, God bless !
It definitely can be a problem but most people have dehumidifiers and they have a certain kinda of paint that help repel the mold/mildew and it’s honestly fairly easy to clean with bleach
Thanks for this. There's 2 in there under 100k i haven't seen yet. Ill go back and read it. I'd love to buy some of the others where i can just bring clothes, go grocery shopping, borrow your tiller and plant some seeds! LOL!! I'm laughing, but for real!!!😂 ✝️🙏❤🇺🇸🇵🇹👣🍍☘🤗🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌
I find the house prices are equivalent to America. Some of the nicer ready to move in can get pretty high. Hubby wants to buy one for vacation. Don’t want to spend a lot for something only used a few months out of the year.
Wow! The one that has the land & view looks like a good deal for anyone with renovation experience!
That’s my favorite
I like what I see at the green house!
It’s cute 🥰
I love the village house and outbuildings and stone walls, it makes my heart sing.
I agree ❤️
The house with the orange stair way, the stairs look uneven, which can be fixed. It has a nice BIG kitchen, and Bathroom! I do like that one!
Me too and I saw the stairs very interesting

I already see treasures in that house plus it has garden area & what looks like animal stalls.
That’s what I was thinking ❤️

Absolutely I hope this video was helpful ❤️
Hi, many of those homes are bank owned. The ones under 100,000. So possibly can get it for less.I also had my eye on the one in Porto Judeu.
It’s definitely worth the shot there are a few that I definitely wouldn’t mind buying but we aren’t ready to buy just yet
Hi, DD 🤗
I’ll tell her you say hi
Bom dia♥
Bom Bia ❤️
With the older structures and constant rain and high humidity, isn’t mold a problem?

I don’t know my moms 4 bedroom house is about 150k more than some of the furnished four bedroom houses I’ve seen out here
Yep but you will for sure earn value on the property...so why not...
