I have started training in Coronary Computed Tomography and Cardiac MRI 3 months ago and your explanations pertaining these exams have been very concise and well worded. Fantastic video Do we know what was the cause of the left ventricular dilatation? Ischeamic heart disease seams to be unlikely. Could it have been caused by chronic hypertension or myocarditis or something else?
Other than plain and simple dilated CMP it is worth to consider MINOCA, myocarditis or Takotsubo. In those cases I always liked to have T1 and T2 mapping to exclude some of them in the DD.
