Skill stop is used to help stack up coins for a big push but it is also useful to use the skills stop when coins fall over the edge hit the skill stop and let them settle down before pushing into the mass pile to keep from stacking coins up

Just a hack for ya...as the coins fall off of the push tray hit the skill stop until they stop spinning. The coins have more energy while still instead of spinning/ moving. If they are spinning/moving, they more than likely will be pushed ontop of other quarters and not be as helpful in pushing the playing field. Enjoy your channel!!
I agree Joshua. When people "suggest" to you that is all it should be. If they are DEMANDING that you do whatever then IGNORE them is what I would do. But, as always, it is YOUR channel - - - do what YOU want to do. Better luck next time.

Also Josh when you're playing and you see that your coins are spinning when they fall off that is the ideal time to use your skill stop stop the board so it doesn't push those coins that are spinning on top of the other coins that way once they're done spinning they lay down flat and you have a better chance of them pushing like you want them to

I don't know why I find these so fascinating, but it is a fun diversion. I like the sped up times, because of how it sounds. I check these out between all the serious thing I read and listen to.
Interesting your comment about the person telling you what to do and your reference to the military and your experience. My husband said EXACTLY the same thing, and will not take ANYONE talking like that to him ever again. He did 20 years.

At 35:42, when you went to buy in the entire playing field on the right changed. The roll of hundreds were missing, the $100 chip that's barely visible at 35:40 is gone, the other $100 chip beside the $50 chip changed to a $50 chip, all the quarter in middle front have changed position totally, at time marker 35:40 towards the rear middle there is a dark quarter visible which is gone at 35:42, on the right front the odd chip/coin under the progressive card is gone completely, and the folded $20 went from perpendicular to the ledge to parallel with the edge. There are far to many inconsistencies for this to be explained by another player while getting buy in. If I were making an assumption, I'd guess this is 2 days of cottage at least, which is no big deal but I'm not sure I'd have represented it as one long run. I watch your videos because I like seeing how the makers of these games have stacked the odds in their favor without being obvious to most people. You talk a lot about people giving you a hard time about this being staged and the like, but it's this type of inconsistencies that lead to doubt. This video would have been just as entertaining had you said, " someone jumped in on my machine while I was rebuying", or "I ran out of cash and will get back here tomorrow". Of course this is just my opinion and I hope your viewers understand why it was misleading... Continuity.

I actually have a bunch of questions that I can't figure out from watching a bunch of videos today, so I apologize in advance...can you explain the progressive opportunities, how are you supposed to win and do the different cards represent different amounts? Also the bitcoin drawing, how does that work? I didn't see any videos of those drawings.
In another video you said something about getting the quarters and it sometimes varies the amount of quarters you get when you buy in for say 100 bucks. You said the higher amounts will get you better returns of quarters, can you explain how that is decided?

The camera view you changed to around halfway is the best I think. You can see most everything. And as far as the chipmunk voice. I really enjoy watching what you do. 35:40 play field changed, gold coin under progressive missing, folded 20 in different spot, progressive closer to edge 50 chips split up not stacked any more, and all the left side is missing

Can you hold the machine when you go for another buy in? Because at times when you come back the machine has changed and things seem to have dropped.
I don't KNow why I find this so compelling to watch but it is.
I've been noticing that you leave a lot of gaps in the upper playing field, which causes the quarters to drop to the lower table randomly. By getting the quarters in the upper playing field to line up in perfect columns and rows, you will find yourself in a better position for that table to push the droppings with more force against the bottom table. You will also notice the droppings will fall more consistently, and in a perfect row. Just take a little notice of where the gaps are, try to fill them in, and after that, use the skill stop to make full rows and columns from that point on. Be careful of the skill stop button. It will usually leave the upper playing field paused for only a few seconds before it starts to move again.
I don't know how this can be so relaxing and yet stressful to watch all at the same time. I'm glad you were only down $190 though that's still quite a bit. I don't know how you're not swearing through the whole thing. Well done and I'm impressed you even tried to clear it out, that's an expensive endeavor.

I enjoy watching you play and from most of the comments i read there are a lot of others who also enjoy so well done to you for giving a lot of people something to watch. To the few who keep saying its your own coin pusher if thats what they really think then why are they here watching?? Also there are going to be some who think they can do better but untill they do it and prove themself then it is all going to remain just thinking they can please just do as Joshua does and give some respect.

Just a thought but when a coin drops off that first tier and how it shakes around a little and sometimes the pusher pushes it on top of another one before it’s flat , maybe use the skill stop until it’s flat that way u get more bang for ur buck , I mean it’s just a suggestion :)

I'd laugh if Salt -n -Pepa was playing on the coin pusher .
Use the stopper.stack up coins like a barricade..then play as normal to even it...repeat this 'barricade'process when it is at edge,you will have a good push and spend less,more coins in next round for big haul

Josh, Yeah I know I am a tad behind on watching your videos, however on this 12-30-19 video I am 1/2 way thru it and have a suggestion for later videos- your loosing pushes from coins falling off the shelf because they are still "circling or rolling on edges" and not laying flat. SUGGEST, when you see that trying stopping the shelf with the button till they lay flat. This SHOULD also keep them from pushing UP on quarters in front of them and transmit their pushing energy directly on bottom coins. TRY THAT

Obviously you are doing this the way you want to and it works for you. So why worry about what other people say? I am enjoying watching your channel and am learning by watching.
You need to put 5 to 10 coins in at a time using the skill stop. I have done the calculations on how many and what you get to drop per coin versus multi coin scale stop drops. Can you get by far more things to drop with the multi clean skills stop drop method. Not to mention you don’t get as many coins to double up on top of each other because they’re not vibrating as the pusher goes forward. Test this method one time and see what you get.

My suggestion is when u know coins are going to fall have ur figure on the stop button so the coins have time to settle so they dont jump on top of coins on bottom level just my 2 cents may help u win alittle more alittle faster

Hi Joshua, Don't know if you saw it, but if you fast forward the video from the start to 15 min 14 seconds, you will see a coin second row on the left as you're looking at it with a red mark on it and also at 23 minutes and 34 seconds and at 38 minutes and 36 seconds (hope you spotted them), just wondered what happened to it? Another great video man! Things could have gone better, but it was a great journey to watch. Seemed like the right side did better this time for you but that could have been your play style. You mentioned pushers. Do they have more than one in that location, and what is is loaded with if they do?

this is the perfect camera shot. i like to see drops at both ends. trying to figure why you do so well with horrible play.
Your chipmunk speed was most enjoyable. My brother and I would kill time in front of one of these while visiting Florida souvenir shops. Seems like any place a college kid would visit there was always one of these no-arm-bandits. I teased him by saying I was going to build one and have it in my man cave. It would have a trap door that would prohibit any $$$ delivery due to TILTS (bandit shaking).
Just make sure to check them for silver quarters
(no copper on the edge solid silver dates 1964 or older worth a good couple dollars)
and quarters with the colored dots incase there redeemable for prizes

Magnets on the poker chips to left edge keep walking them backwards.Also hold quarters for falling off edge in a fan formation.very obvious as they move periodically with no other force upon them.Fast motion it becomes extra obvious.House advantage I suppose,not a fair trick though.Chips stacked against you there,lol.
