      No I haven’t! Dallas is a very pet friendly place; I haven’t come across a single property with pet restrictions except breed restrictions against certain dogs

    is Dallas really gentrifying or purging all the poor folks out of the downtown-uptown area? love field? lower Greenville? upper Greenville?

      Since 2020 home prices have increased in the whole country, especially major cities like Dallas. Many people from other states have made Dallas their home in the past 3 years and have been able to pay cash easily, especially those moving from expensive states like CA and NY
