How to solve long self starting problem of diesel engine? | Ritz Swift Desire Ertiga 1.3 L glow plug

- Since a long time I was experiencing starting problems with my #Maruti #Suzuki Ritz Diesel. I suspected the battery to be the culprit. Some mechanics suggested to check the fuel injectors. But finally I visited by friendly neighbourhood garage (FNG) and got the glow plugs checked. After replacing the glow plugs, the issue was resolved. Now my car starts in a single crank of the starter.

I installed 3 plugs but i still take some time like little more load to start is it any battery problem
Could be a battery problem. Did you check the 4th plug as well? Regarding your battery doubt, please visit the dealer of your battery manufatcurer. They will check your battery condition. By the way, how old is your battery?

MGP costs around 500 rupees per piece. Other compatible brands you can check on amazon.

Brother is car ki fuel injector kaise air bleed kathi hei
Me ne injector cleen Kiya installation ki baad common rail line PE fuel nahi athi kyo?
Brother as far as I know the fiat multijet diesel engine with the maruti cars do not have a bleed mechanism in the injector. I asked this to my service advisor in Maruti. He said you just need to turn on and off the ignition (do not crank) 5-6 times, allow the diesel pump to kick in and stop. Turn off, again turn on till the pump stops, do it over and over 5-6 times and it will feed fuel to the pump. No need to manually pump the fuel injector as we used to do in older vehicles. Hope this helps.

@@gizmobrain under the parts of self starter motor I have even changes new itself but it always getting destroyed under two days or three days after changing the damage one
Check over current coming to the coil. Do you have any video of that?

No starting problem. But first start white smoke . Oil and coolant level is ok. What to check
Get your glow plugs checked if you have diesel engine

@@gizmobrain yes once in obd it showed glow plug but service center neglected it may be show error due to water wash.. and said u can drive no problem. Now wt problem plug or module control i have to check. If plug means there will be a starting problem or not?
