  • Three forgotten farms lost in the woods. Today we travelled to the Forest of Dean on a quest to find the lost farms. One by one they appeared through the mist. I can only show you now what is left of these beautiful old farm buildings. The one is still intact.

How wonderful to find these lost treasures, it really makes one wonder the history the happiness the sadness that has gone on inside these amazing homes, and why have they just been abandoned ,Thank you for sharing!!

These were absolutely stunning! Such terrible decay and derelict structures for the first two, I can't believe the bed still upstairs when there's almost no floor left! The area seems extremely damp which I think has lead to acceralated decay, but truly beautiful properties all of them and the stories they could tell..... Superb find :-)

Another great video mate! The bed suspended in the air in cottage 2 was eery. It's such a shame those beautiful houses are left to ruin, but then having said that when nature takes over it looks even more stunning. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Wayne, in the kitchens were what you thought were pizza ovens but back in the day they wouldn't have even known what a pizza was, they were most likely bread ovens. That last house was gorgeous but if I had the money I would buy any one of them just to do them up and be able to have the land with them. Awesome video, thank you both for taking us along. x

strange that three houses all in close proximity should be abandoned. Perhaps some one has an idea why

Nice one mate, the first two with the natural decay were great and the final one was just stunning, pity there was no access as I bet there would be some period features in there 👍👍👍

It's one to keep an eye on. I can imagine in a couple of years it will be accessible. It's just a bit of a bugger to get to. About an hours walk through sludge and electric fences. A 5 minute walk to go around the other way but it goes through a working farm which would have aroused suspicion...lol.

Definitely mate, keep this one close to your chest , that way if and when there is access, you get it before it gets trashed like most places do

I would have preferred not to have any music. Very interesting though, frustrating not to be able to get into the large house.

Three epic finds there Wayne. The last house was amazing, it still looks quite sturdy relative to the other two. I think the fog and the piano music really added to your production. RgY 👍💯

A great find Wayne, love those old farms, these were very nice decayed and still had some very nice features, the last one will silently rot away i guess.
