Every time I see Ouma’s Theory of Happiness it makes me cry I feel so bad for him he is one of my favorite characters in the whole Danganronpa series along with Nagito and Togami (Yes I am a simp for the antagonist trio) and just seeing sad videos about either of them makes me sad Also this video and the other 2 are really good this is actually the second or third time watching them
Kokichi deserved so much better, everyone hates him for no reason and it’s so sad. No one cares about him, no one loves him. He’s afraid to show his emotions. He was abused as a child. And is having the only person he thought as a friend say, “no one will love you, you’ll forever be alone. Everyone hates you.” Can you really blame him? He’s been through so much and is put through even more..
Well, we unfortunately know jack sh*t about his backstory, and we don't have a canon pregame video for him either. True that everyone, especially Kokichi goes through a lot, but don't assume the unconfirmed and likely inaccurate headcanons are canon. And yes, he did deserve better!😭
Actually, he was hated for a reason. Kokichi purposefully made himself out to be that way in order to move forward with his plan. He knew his plan required sacrifice and he was the only one with the guts to pull it off, he made himself out to be this big, asshole just so that no one would care that he was gone. He didn't want them to be upset over his death, he wanted them to continue forward. I believe that he didn't want to kill Miu but she forced his hand so he had to sacrifice Gonta so he could complete the final step of his plan to end the killing game. I feel in the end that he saw Gonta and Miu as necessary sacrifices to get everyone else out. If Kaito didn't expose himself when he did, not only would they have won, but Kaito would have also survived. That was the true goal of his plan. But i think they also forgot that Kokichi is still a person like them and has feelings. He just had to literally crush his own feelings to believe his own lies that he found this game fun just to survive. A true embodiment of a lie.
you know, I'm late to the fandom, but I just had a thought: well, a picture instead, of Ouma and D.I.C.E happily playing in the afterlife, with no sadness or abuse or anything..
Honestly V3 are the dumbest cast I've ever seen. Right from the get go they are bias against Kokichi for his talent and assume anything negative is the truth. Example: Chapter 1 when Kokichi rips into Kaede for strong arming them to the brink of collapse in the death road, Kokichi tried to make her see that her optimism was hurting the group at that moment rather then helping but instead he got a threat from Tenko and Rantaro accusing him of wanting to 'start the game'. The V3 cast are a bunch of hypocrites because they forgive everyone else so easily but Kokichi isn't allowed any forgiveness in their eyes. Kokichi wasn't innocent by any means (Chapter 4-5 speak for themselves) but he was straight up abused quite often by the group both physically and verbally even in the early chapters. I mean who tf leaves an obviously concussed person who was lying in a puddle of their own blood to stumble off once you got what you needed from them? Who just stands around idly whilst you witness one of your classmates choke the life out of another? (Sorry for the little rant, wonderful video btw
This is just my opinion you don't have to agree the protagonist treat him badly as if he didn't have a heart I mean kokichi is still a human being but they seem to forget that. The protagonist act like antagonist when they all gang up on kokichi.( No hate pls this is just my opinion)
