    Just so you know, being waitlisted at a t-15 doesn’t mean you were rejected or they were on the fence about you- it means the admissions committee said “yes! We want her here!” But the admissions office has already sent out their max # of acceptance letters. Generally if you reapply the next year, you’ll get in. So, I’m SO happy for you on getting waitlisted at multiple t15s and getting a higher score and being accepted this year!!!!

    • @NadiaCianca
      @NadiaCianca  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thank you for this!!! I struggled to see it that way back in 2020 but was so so proud of the waitlists I received in 2024, especially because all of my waitlists this year came from schools that flat out rejected me back in 2020.
      Thank you again! ❤❤❤

    It’s crazy to hear someone go through the opposite of my experience. The logic games remain my biggest weakness on this exam. I took it this April and the games really messed me up. I wrote a rule down wrong and had to re-diagram. I ended up with a 157 so ig we’ll see about August. The other sections I get like -2/3/4, but those games are just brutal for me. When I see how ppl like you think through them in real time it amazes me. So glad they’re getting rid of them tho 🤷‍♂️
    Huge congratulations btw, you deserve this and I’m angry that you couldn’t just go straight through. Although it sounds like this was fate because the experience you have under your belt now will really help you kick ass in law school. I wish you the best of luck on your inspiring journey, thanks for sharing it 🙏

    • @NadiaCianca
      @NadiaCianca  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi! Thank you ❤ my blind review score is the score I got when I re-took the entire test again untimed after taking it timed. I never looked at my timed score or what questions I got wrong until after I took the entire test again untimed - then I compare the timed score with the blind review score. There’s a lot more info about it in my first LSAT video! Happy studying 🎉

    Hey Nadia, I'm curious, was the RC section your hardest? I noticed you mentioned you hated it, did that reflect in your score? RC is currently very hard for me (I am a pretty darn slow reader, and I also kind of hate it). I worry too because people have very different opinions about whether or not a person could get better at RC. I really did enjoy your video though, thank you so much :)

    • @NadiaCianca
      @NadiaCianca  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi! Yes it was by far my hardest section and I would get around 9 questions wrong per test. After tutoring we got that down to about 3-4 wrong per test (which I thought would be impossible for me considering my best RC score was -8 before that)!
      My issue wasn’t with reading speed, it was with understanding what was being asked of me. However I know someone who had an issue with speed and she took a speed reading course online and raised her RC score significantly! Best of luck!

    • @NadiaCianca
      @NadiaCianca  27 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      It means I took the entire test again untimed after taking the practice test, but before I saw which answers I got wrong or what my score was!
      So basically it’s my untimed score!

    Nadia you said you were able to blind review your exams, how did you that using lawhub?
    Thanks

    • @NadiaCianca
      @NadiaCianca  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Hi! I took my timed practice tests on lawhub and stopped the timer right before time was up so I could export my answer choices to 7sage after every section (so I couldn’t see what I got right or wrong on each section + my score on the exam).
      When I was finished with all of my sections and exported my answers to 7Sage, I would print out a PDF version of the 7Sage exam (there’s a little button on the exam page to do this) and I would blind review using the PDF on my iPad!
      One way to blind review with just lawhub is to answer all of your questions in a section within 35 minutes, then pause right before the timer is up, then go to the next section without seeing your score. Once you’re done with all your sections, you can select “start new test” and set the timer to 700 minutes so you can blind review from scratch without losing your answers to your timed exam. When you’re done blind reviewing, you can select “finish exam” on both tests and compare your answers!

    • @NadiaCianca
      @NadiaCianca  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I attribute it to having fairly bad personal + diversity statements, having a low GPA (for the schools I was applying to), and the fact that a 166 just wasn’t going to cut it during the 2020 admissions cycle. That was hands down the hardest year to get into law school and most of the schools I was applying to had medians over a 166. But luckily it all worked out because I was able to get great work experience and was able to choose a school in 2024 that I love so much!! ❤❤🎉🎉
