My opinion: Sultan: The best Rally car with nice Paintjobs and modifications Elegy: The best Drift car with nice looking body and it's easy to drift with it
Sultan is one of my favorite cars in GTA SA for nice speed it's also good to use it with homies with you. But sultan is very easy to destroy that's most thing i didn't liked about that car. I remember Elegy as popular car to drift in SAMP she is good for that but i didn't a fan of drift so Sultan is better car for me. Fan fact: Sultan was supposed to be in GTA LCS but was cut off with Kuruma. Real prototypes: Sultan - Subaru Impreza Elegy - Nissan Skyline R32.
The Elegy hits max speed (172 mph) at 3rd gear, yet at 4th and 5th gear the engine will still rev up like normal despite not increasing the car's speed. Come on Rockstar lmao

Al parecer el sultan tiene más aceleración que el elegy pero el elegy es más rápido que el sultan lo que hace que el sultan sea más rápido en tramos pequeños como puede ser una ciudad o pueblos mientras que el elegy es más eficiente en tramos largos como autopistas y carreteras.
