Ingredients for Haleem :-
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Onion - 3 medium size
Oil - 200grm
Ghee - 2 tablespoon
Water - 1 1/2 litre for mutton boiling
Water - 2 litre for daal boiling
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Corinder powder - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt for mutton - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt for daal - 1 tablespoon
basmati rice - 50grm
wheat - 50grm
dhoor daal - 50grm
bengal gram daal - 50grm
urad dal - 50grm
masur dal - 50grm
pasi parupu - 50grm

Mashallah. My neighbour bakistani taught me this recipe. instead of boneless meat, we used meat with bones that gives more tasty because of the juices from the bones. Finally removed bones and then we garnished with chopped green chillies and fried onions like you did in the video, then with chopped coriander leaves.
