You can’t use the “ask to go potty” command in apartments on Sims. That function only works when you live in a house, when you live in an apartment you actually have to take them outside and then ask them. It’s hella annoying 😩
There isn’t a free counter for them to cook. You need at least one for them to chop or mix stuff.
