Bythe way This video is related to finland application not for Australia

Amount looks high but among that, 250000 is just for tution fee and living expenses for one year. You always have good chance to get different scholarship, sometimes upto ,100% also and for masters even grants.
Then abou living expenses, it's something you need to survive for one year. They might check so you have to bring but you can send back if you think you don't need here or use less or find work earlier.
That leaves with around 3laks which includes from sending docs to flight. I don't think it's something to be afraid of but you need to check and know many things personally.
