That mid section is loose because its already pulled upwards.(you only use that if you want to bend it forward a little bit more. but in your case its already like that out of the box) if you push it back on its original position its not gonna be floppy. it not really a QC issue..XD
The unmasked Tony Stark head looks a lot better than I thought, looking at it now, it actually really does look like Robert Downey Jr. I’m excited to see how the Birth of Iron Man edition Tony Stark figures’ facial likenesses will turn out
